Each GSTIN gets a 30-day trial that starts when you first export GSTR-1 for that GSTIN. You do not need to add a payment method to use the trial.
Paid access is billed per GSTIN through Razorpay on the monthly or annual schedule you select. Regular pricing is ₹89 per GSTIN per month or ₹999 per GSTIN per year. The 60%-off launch early-bird offer charges ₹35.60 monthly or ₹399.60 annually, exclusive of applicable GST. Subscription quantity is the number of GSTINs you keep active on your subscription.
You can stop future renewals for a subscription through its Razorpay link. If several GSTINs share that subscription, contact support before changing only some of them; the change takes effect only after support confirms it. Monthly or annual access may continue until the paid period ends.
Refund requests are reviewed case by case. We generally do not refund successfully completed billing periods after generated exports have been used, but we will correct duplicate charges, failed activation, or clear billing mistakes.
If a payment fails or a subscription is cancelled, exports for the affected GSTIN may be blocked until billing is restored. Your uploaded files and generated outputs remain subject to the retention rules in the Privacy Policy.
